What should I do if my PDF is password protected?
If your PDF is locked, JivaKosh will ask you for the password so it can open and read the document — your file stays protected throughout. In the app, just enter the password when prompted; on WhatsApp, simply reply with the password when asked. Many lab and bank-issued reports are password protected, so this is completely normal.
