JivaKosh reads the patient's name on the document and tries to match it to one of your profiles automatically. If it finds a clear match, the document is filed under that person; if the name is unclear or could match more than one person, it simply asks you to choose the correct profile. This keeps each person's records accurate and avoids documents landing on the wrong timeline.
