Grievance Redressal

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Your Right to Grievance Redressal

Under Section 13 of the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to file a grievance with JivaKosh if you believe that your personal data rights have been violated or that we have not complied with our obligations as a Data Fiduciary. We take every grievance seriously and are committed to resolving your concerns fairly, transparently, and promptly.

What Constitutes a Grievance

You may file a grievance if you believe any of the following has occurred:

  • Your personal data has been processed without your consent or beyond the scope of your consent
  • We have failed to honour your request to access, correct, or erase your personal data
  • Your data has been shared with a third party without your knowledge or against your stated preferences
  • We have not responded to a consent withdrawal request in a timely manner
  • You have reason to believe your data has been involved in a security incident and we have not notified you
  • Any other breach of the rights described in our Privacy Notice or the DPDP Act

How to Submit a Grievance

You can submit a grievance through either of the following channels:

Please include: your registered mobile number or email address, a clear description of your concern, and any supporting documents or screenshots if relevant.
