JivaKosh is a personal health records management platform that allows you to securely store, organize, and manage medical documents and health information for yourself and your family members. The Service includes AI-powered document processing, health insights, and sharing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors' health data must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the Service to store information for anyone without their explicit consent.

6. User Content & Data Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all health records and personal data you upload to the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You may export or delete your data at any time.
• We do not claim any ownership rights over your health records or personal information.

7. Family Profiles

When managing health records for family members, you represent that you have the legal authority and consent to store and manage their health information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided for family members.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JivaKosh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when practicable.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
