What should I do if a document is added to the wrong profile?
If a document goes to the wrong person, open it, tap the menu, and delete it, then upload it again and select the correct profile. This keeps everyone's records accurate. Double-checking the name on the document beforehand helps JivaKosh file it correctly the first time.
