Do I need a JivaKosh account before using WhatsApp?
Your WhatsApp number is linked to your JivaKosh account, so the two work together. If you're new, JivaKosh will guide you through setting up your account first, right from the chat. Once that's done, your WhatsApp uploads and questions are tied securely to your own records.
