In the app, tap the profile name at the top and pick the family member you want to manage. On WhatsApp, just type or say 'switch profile' and pick the person from the list - or say 'switch profile to <name>' (for example, 'switch profile to Kumar Saurabh') to jump straight to them. Whoever you're currently managing is shown at the top. Everything you do next - uploading a report, asking a question, or marking medicines as taken - applies to that person until you switch again; to go back, just switch to your own profile the same way.
